September 2007 – July 2009 (YER)
Not only one of the best airports in the world, but also well liked for its surprisingly good restaurants, café’s and shopping. Over a period of 10 months I worked first in the marketing and later in the commercial department. Started with a communication project for ‘Schiphol Plaza’, then went on to constructing and building templates for a strategic plan and new concepts for Food & Beverage. Contributed to sharpening a few new concepts and propositions of innovative restaurant/bar concepts (check out Café Chocolat!)
